Adam joined Liberum as in-house counsel in early 2022. He moved to Guernsey in 2014, having qualified as a lawyer in South Africa.
Adam joined Liberum as in-house counsel in early 2022. He moved to Guernsey in 2014, having qualified as a lawyer in South Africa. He has eight years’ experience in legal and financial services in Guernsey, most recently as a Senior Associate in the investment funds and corporate team of a major international law firm, where he specialised in regulatory law, and was recognised in Legal 500’s 2020 and 2021 rankings. He has also previously served as the compliance director at an independent Guernsey financial services business.
Adam was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2012 and holds a BA and an LLB from Rhodes University and a diploma in Governance Risk and Compliance from the International Compliance Association.
