Adam is Liberum Wealth’s in-house counsel, and is responsible for advising the firm on legal, regulatory and compliance matters.
Adam is Liberum Wealth’s in-house counsel, and is responsible for advising the firm on legal, regulatory and compliance matters.
He has extensive experience in legal and financial services in Guernsey, including as a Senior Associate in the investment funds and corporate team of a major international law firm, where he specialised in regulatory law. He has also previously served as the compliance director at an independent Guernsey financial services business.
Before moving to Guernsey, Adam qualified as an attorney in South Africa and spent the early part of his career with a respected South African law firm.
Adam is admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa and holds a BA and an LLB from Rhodes University and a diploma in Governance Risk and Compliance from the International Compliance Association.
